What time is check‑in?
Check‑in is available from 4:00 PM.
What time is check‑out?
Check‑out is by 10:00 AM, except on Sundays when it’s extended until 1:00 PM.
Where do I pick up the key?
You can collect your key at the reception.
What should I do if I arrive late?
Please inform the reception in advance. We’ll place your key in a key safe and send you the access code so you can check in at any time.
Which days are allowed for arrival and departure?
- Low and mid-season: Flexible arrival and departure days.
- High season: Changeover days are Friday, Saturday, or Monday, depending on the property type.
- Sundays and public holidays: Only departures are allowed; arrivals are not possible.

Is parking available?
Yes. Parking is located at the resort entrance in the central parking area. Free Wi‑Fi, e‑car charging points, and bike rentals (including e-bikes) are also available.

Yes, these are provided and ready in your accommodation upon arrival.
What type of coffee machine is available?
A Nespresso machine is included.
What’s included in the service package?
Upon arrival, each property includes the following essentials:
- 2 garbage bags
- 1 cleaning cloth
- 1 dish brush
- 2 dishwasher tablets
- 1 scouring sponge
- Coffee package & 2 rolls of toilet paper per toilet
Are a washing machine and dishwasher included?
Yes, most villas include both a washing machine and dishwasher.
Are high chairs or baby cots available?
Yes, they are available upon request and may incur a small additional fee.
Are pets allowed?
This depends on the property. Some villas are pet-friendly, while others are not. Please check the property description or ask in advance.
