The first floor is the heart of the house: a spacious kitchen with Bora cooking system, combi oven, plate warmer, large refrigerator, separate freezer (3 drawers), Nespresso machine with milk frother and dishwasher. The 10-person dining table invites you to enjoy long dinners together. The living room with smart TV is stylishly furnished and connects to several terraces (east, south and west) with a large lounge sofa and outdoor dining table. Thanks to the sliding doors, indoor and outdoor living flow seamlessly into each other. A double bedroom is also located on this floor.

On the ground floor you will find two bedrooms, a bathroom with walk-in shower, a separate toilet, storage room and a separate laundry room with washing machine and dryer. One bedroom has doors opening onto a private terrace — cool in summer and fully sheltered.
