The property is perfect for families with children; the kids can easily access the beach for play, and parents can keep an eye on them from the terrace. The access road to the street can be secured with a small fence to prevent young children from wandering onto the road or the beach. A crib and high chair are available.

The villa is also ideal for water sports enthusiasts (kitesurfers, windsurfers, sailors, etc.). There is an outdoor shower (hot/cold), and you can load and unload your equipment/luggage directly at the house. For permanent parking, you can use the nearby resort parking lot.
