The villa’s spacious terrace is thoughtfully designed to be enjoyed year-round. Partly sheltered by glass wind screens and featuring a cozy outdoor gas fireplace, it’s perfect for chilly or windy days. Whether you’re soaking in the private outdoor jacuzzi (available for an additional fee) or simply lounging with a book, this terrace offers a peaceful, sun-drenched sanctuary by the water.

Step inside to a warm, inviting living space flooded with natural light from the glass conservatory, which seamlessly extends the living area toward the water. The open-plan kitchen is fully equipped with high-end appliances including a hob, combi-oven, dishwasher, and Nespresso machine. A spacious living room with a flat-screen TV and Sonos sound system makes relaxation effortless.

The villa has two bedrooms, one of which has an open connection to the living room and features its own flat-screen TV. There are two modern bathrooms with showers and two separate toilets. For fitness enthusiasts, a stationary bike adds a convenient workout option without leaving home. Beds are made upon arrival and fresh towels are included for your comfort.
